High Flyers

As global pioneers in the use of falconry for leadership and management development, we offer innovative programmes supported by a sound theoretical base. All programmes are designed and developed to meet client needs by experts in organisational psychology and can be accredited at post graduate level by one of our partner Universities. All of the programmes are based on experiential learning and involve hands-on experience with Birds of Prey. All programmes have both pre and post sessions with individuals and/or senior management teams to ensure transfer to the workplace.

Leadership Development
The High Flyers Programme is a one or two day workshop designed to enhance the leadership skills of managers resulting in improved individual and organisational performance. The programme is ideal for aspiring, new and experienced leaders.

Bespoke Training.
In-house programmes are designed to meet the specific needs of client organisations. We can include elements of communication, leadership, management, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and behavioural change etc. All include practical exercises involving falconry.



Team Building
We offer tailored team building workshops which are specifically designed to meet the needs of the team. Our team building events are fun and effective. They make the perfect occasion to reward teams as well as develop them.





Emotional Intelligence
A high level of Emotional Intelligence (EI) is linked to exceptional performance, and has been identified as key to effective leadership. Our workshops aim to simplify the complex nature of EI, enhancing understanding and identifying areas for development. Assessment of EI competencies can be included. Our EI/falconry workshops focus on the magnificent Eagles of Cheshire Falconry, as Eagles are the emotional members of the Raptor family.
