Jane Almond – Work Psychologist

Jane is an Occupational Psychologist specialising in a number of key areas: the development of person-centred skills; effective leadership through a person-centred approach; leadership development through assessment, feedback, training and coaching; psychometric testing for selection and development; training design; solution focused interviewing and career development/counselling. Prior to (and during) studying psychology Jane worked for a number of years in both business and the support of individuals with special needs.

Graduate member of the British Psychological Society, member of the Division of Occupational Psychology, founder member of the Special Interest Group of Coaching Psychology

Jane has over 10 years experience working in business including work as a marketing associate, sales executive, branch manager and trainer.
